Very poor service. Hermes mis-delivered my package, which was correctly addressed with my name and post code. I complained and given incident reference number with the promise, via email, that they would get back to me. Subsequently, they have given me no information about what happened with my parcel. Contact with them is limited, you can only chat with an autobot, called Holly. I had to resort to finding out the whereabouts of my package which I eventually tracked down at the local surgery a fair distance away from my home.
I advise avoiding the use of the services of this courier!
