worst delivery service ever.
insist they have delivered (sending me a pic with a house which is clearly not mine) and yet they insist it would be mine .... impossible to get through on their customer service or getting a proper answer.
on top of that pic that was sent looks like the parcel was left in front of a house (in the middle of London) which goes without saying is clearly stolen within 5 minutes
