This is without doubt the worst company I have ever come across. Customer service is NON existent. There is simply no way you can get in touch with anybody at all. Tracking a parcel is not informative or helpful. How on earth do these lot even survive?
I have now stopped using any companies that use Hermes. Without doubt - the WORST company I have ever used!! Do NOT USE
