A NIGHTMARE...waiting for our 11 boxes since the end of July. Awful customer service impossible to speak to them. One week they open a claim for loss and the day after the close it saying the box have been found. Then they open the claim again, and again they close it. 5 months of hell, our family belongings....gone somewhere and the company doesn't even try to contact me to solve the problem.
You book a call and they call you whenever they want or they don't call you at all. They never reply to my mails. DO NOT USE THEM!
