My parcel is on priority delivery, which I’ve paid for! So why is it sitting in a depot and not out for delivery? OK you have sent me a message saying my parcel is delayed, that doesn’t help, it only adds to the frustration as you have not updated when this is now due for delivery. No doubt you’ll blame it on covid and Christmas. Not good enough, you should employ more staff and deliver the service I’ve paid for.
