The agent decided to deliver the parcel to the doorstep of the wrong house, photographed it in the hope that the buyer or seller would not recognise their mistake - the door was blue, when the customers is brown. The parcel is now missing. Hermes insist it's delivered despite my protestations and keep telling me it is '100% resolved'. Well, it is 100%, not. The customer does not have it, as you left it unattended on the threshold of the door of your choosing and not mine. You cannot ring or email Customer services and after several rounds of Digital Dorothy I am no nearer getting someone to understand that Delivered, means to the Customer. Absolutely, disgraceful service. If you value your time, do not use as you will spend forever trying to get a refund.
