Contents of the package despite a full solid cardboard outer must have been dropped or thrown with some force to damage the contents
I've tried to get through to Hermes to claim on the insurance I paid extra for. There's no one there except a machine. You can phone them on their very iffy £6 a minute premium line. Will ne er use again.
