Some Road Incident !
Hermes tracker states they could not deliver due to a ‘ road incident ‘ That was 4 days ago. Parcel is now 10 days late despite me having paid extra for 2 day delivery. Avoid like the plague and any sellers using them. Re-ordered my purchase with another seller and arrived by DHL within 2 days ! - saved my Christmas. Well done DHL !
