Informed my parcel was at warehouse from 19th December..
No further communication from them
It was a Christmas Gift
They could have at least kept me informed that it wouldn't be arriving.. So that I could have had time to buy replacement gift..
My order was from QVC..
I really don't think that reputable companies like QVC should use Hermes as a Courier.
It's not the first time that this as happened with Hermes
