We have sent out 82 parcels over Christmas with this Company and 7 of them have been reported with empty content at arrival. I have been sent images for all 7 customers where the parcels have arrived torn and ripped open and no content .
This is extremely worrying as the contents were Razor sharp Steak Knives, It seems the drivers have been ripping open the parcels and helping them selves to these sharp knives . Its worrying to think these knives are let loose in the public domain .
i have made many attempts to report this very serious incident to Hermes and it is extremely difficult to reach them by phone , its seems everyone is using Covid 19 as any excuse to not pick up the phones . Hermes suggests we pay for signed for deliveries when it comes to knives but at the same time they are still posting them without signatures to make parcels contact less free to assure driver safety from covid .
This is simply madness and as we can all see , there are endless amounts of bad reviews with Hermes , but they simply dont care , what a rubbish company they are to employ thieves and offer zero customer care.
