Parcel was picked up before Christmas 3 days after they were supposed to pick the item up and now today day is the 4th of January re and the parcel has not moved 1 bit i will never use them again very very bad service and cost you a fortune if you have to call them when they leave you on hold for a good three quarters of an hour as they say all advisors are busy obviously with all the complaints they had for the Christmas period still waiting for the parcel to be delivered and one to be delivered back to us from our sun Christmas is ruined and if the saying don't open it till Christmas he will have to wait till next year now to open that parcel hermès if I could give a -0 I would wouldn't use you again even if you are free
