Updated at 6.38pm to say they had attempted delivery with a pic of parcel on someones kitchen worktop. Updated again at 6.42pm to say parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Still havent shown up. Incompetence at its best. Get your house in order Hermes and tell your couriers not to lie blatantly about deliveries. Folk have cctv nowadays and can prove no delivery attempts have been made. I wish suppliers would state they use Hermes and i wouldnt bother ordering from them. Pathetic non service. Last delivery from Hermes just before xmas was over 3 weeks late
