Given a time slot of between 13.30pm & 15.30 pm by Hermes , waited in all afternoon no delivery .The following day checked my e-mail to see if the date & time slot had been updated but of course it hadn't. Tried to speak to someone but could only get through to the automated voice who told me that the delivery would be between 13.30pm & 15.30pm on the original delivery date. Three days on & still being given the original delivery date & time slot. Can Hermes drivers travel back in time!!! i'm expecting the driver ( if he does turn up) to arrive on a hover board. This is not the first or even the second time i have had problems with this Hermes. I don't know why big companies like Cotton Traders use them.
WHY CAN'T YOU SPEAK TO A HUMAN AT HERMES & WHY IS IT NEVER THEIR FAULT , THEY NEED TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILTY WHEN IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THEY ARE AT FAULT. I have give Hermes 1 star & thats being generous.
