live chat for international parcel delivery, even though the person on the other end of the chat was ' helpful' my sent parcel is still ' stuck ' they blame customs but it passed Belgium customs hermes sent it to the wrong country and then went on to the Netherlands... correct country they now blame it on customs delay but it got through Belgium fine and there is no customs between EU countries
It's lost in a depot. Period. And none one seems to care for that at all I have now read multiple reviews and hermes seem to have a stock reply and hide behind customs it has been over 30 days. Oh and even though I filled in the request for the live chat to be sent to e mail it has not been but i have copied and pasted the chat to document, but it would have been nice of something worked.
