I shipped a package (H0067A0050578483) through Hermes containing item worth 284 pounds. It's disappointing that as per online update the package is at the National sorting hub since 8th Feb.
Request you to take appropriate action to ensure delivery of the item or refund me the money at the earliest. It's my hard earned money which I should NOT be losing due to the negligence of Hermes.
