Damaged, thrown over walls, never delivered and delivered to houses over 10 miles away!
Are just some of the ways Hermes “delivers” parcels.
There customer service is non existent.
The drivers just don’t care, probably because from what I’ve read Hermes is a horrible company to work for.
Just use Royal Mail to deliver parcels if you want them to actually arrive.
