Appalling customer service. Booked a collection for yesterday. Collection was confirmed, waited in all day and nothing. Not been an email telling me collection would be delayed. It’s now 4pm the following day and still nothing.
You can’t speak to anyone as there is no tracking number until they pick it up. I’ve got four unanswered tweets and still nothing. They really don’t care about their customers. Avoid these aholes
