Completely lied to me and told me it was delivered at 10pm on a Saturday. Utter rubbish! From that I had spent days trying to locate my parcel within my building only then to find out after that time that they have it still. It's been with them since 20th February! It's not March 8th.
Not only the above, but also I have other outstanding parcels that they still haven't delivered.
It's becoming such a nightmare, as responsibility doesn't seem to be there thing and are asking me to sort it out, though they have lied to me and kept me waiting for missing packages that they still have. Doesn't make sense.
Honestly. . . NEVER USE HERMES . Inept as inept can be. Completely useless
