Why is there never a zero or negative rating on review sites? I now ask every company I am buying from who they use as couriers. If they say Hermes and will not offer an alternative, I simply will not place an order with them. However, that backfired on me just recently when ordering a house sign. The company stated they use Whistl. So, I thought that was ok, not realising that Whistl subcontract to Hermes! Hermes / Evri or whatever name they are going by today, sat on the package for three weeks then delivered it in a damaged condition. Going off all the one star reviews here, it’s clear that Hermes is actually run by dishonest imbeciles, so perhaps we should keep quiet in an attempt to keep them all in one place.
