I've just spent all day trying find out where my parcel is. I got a delivery note 21/03/2022 saying a parcel delivery was missed and '...we'll try next working day..', as i took a day of work to be 'in' for the delivery nothing arrived!!!....it is now 31/03/2022 and still nothing, no communication so i don;t whats going on.
The worst thing is that you CAN'T get in touch with MyHermes/Evri. Theres no contact numbers, no email to customer services nothing. The absolutely useless 'digital bot' just makes you go in circles!!!
Changing the company name to Evri seems pointless as the people behind the desk are the same!!
I've started using Yodel/DHL/Royal Mail for more reliable service and a contactable one. Be warned if you miss or lose a parcel and trying to deal with My Hermes.
