If i could give it 0 stars i would! They never update tracking info and i've had a parcel apparently sat in their warehouse for well over a week, and i cant get through to speak to anyone! Their website says "if your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days please contact us" and then they provide you no way to do so! Their online chat just informs me that its in the warehouse and cuts me off, and when you ring they try to pass the blame onto Vinted - LIKE ITS NOT SAT IN THEIR WAREHOUSE! Absolutely terrible service and i seriously doubt changing their name is going to make it any better.
