They lost my parcel while at the delivery depot ??? I found I was unable to make contact directly and only to be left only to automated replies. I am now told I have to wait and see what they offer for the loss possibly up to 28 days. My parcel could have only vaporised..disappeared from its basket waiting for delivery.
The company needs to look and act more professional rather than have the current profile now offered, looking unprofessional is never a way forward.
~ Most likely fine for small parcels of no value sold online but little else.
The number of losses I've now heard they have is increasing weekly, don't trust, don't use.. they will in time let you down.
We have to ask what happens to all the parcels that go missing, Hermes knows, we don't.
