Even though Hermes have changed their name nothing has improved!! My package was delivered to the wrong address, I didn't recognise the photo. It was impossible to speak to a real person and the chat line was hopeless, it didn't recognise the tracking number or just froze, I finally had a response and it passed a message to the customer service dept. No body contacted me and there was no apology just an email to say they had only just received the package, which was not true.
I will try to only buy from companies who don't use Hermes/Evri in future
