Booked a package collection last night. Was collected at 1p/m today. Not only that, but they delivered something i ordered the other day AT THE SAME TIME. Could not have been a better service. The young lady that collected and delivered was BRILLIANT. She needs to be paid more. Excellent company.
All this is after i had previously booked with YODEL who made me stay indoors for THREE WHOLE DAYS !!! And STILL did not collect my package ( have asked for a refund ).
