for a while now Hermes sends the same Delivery man to our area, which is a big plus for all of us. Royal Mail keeps changing now postmen and they do not know us.
Anyways Service is excellent. A very caring man who know us well and gives our parcels to the right neighbours if we are not in.
I have given a good tip for his service and hope he will be with us for a long time.
