Well, I have been dealing with Hermes for years, delivery only and can't fault them. suffice to say, it's the same lady called Stacey orTracy ! We have a little chat, always polite and charming. One day, a chap turned up, I enquired where she was ( it was her hubby. ) I watched the video on Hermes and am horrified. I can't fault them or maybe, I am lucky with my courier ? Maybe, it was a bad courier portrayed in the video, hopefully he has been fired. Unacceptable behaviour. I hasten to add that I am a grumpy old Pensioner !
