I've been reading the dreadful reviews about Hermes and there drivers.
My husband is a courier and is totally amazing. He has even worked his days off in order to make sure everyone's parcels have got there on time. I understand that all companies have bad staff but I wish you would also understand that there are a great bunch of hard working people out there.
Well done to all the couriers that go above and beyond.
