Parcel has not been collected for two consecutive days already.
Hermes provides a most disgusting and shameful service.
Tried to contact them through live chat and had to wait 17 minutes for an available agent who wasn't able to help me out nor guarantee me that the parcel would be collected.
All that was offered was that the matter would be reported to the relevant department.
