Gahhh! Annoying.
I was thinking that the poor Hermes service was just my local courier and have tried to avoid the service wherever possible (messages saying it was out for delivery on Friday to get the inevitable update that it was delayed usually till the Tuesday). So I thought I might avoid this by having the drop off at a shop. No such luck. Took a while for the parcel to get on to their system, but a third party collected the package, so it may not be Hermes fault. My problem is that I got a message saying the parcel was at the shop, and by the time I got there they had sent an update saying it had been delayed!? Wasted journey, no customer service you can contact and One week and two days now, no way of contacting them and Hermes are not responding to the retailers requests. Horrible service.
