Appalling. They claimed to have delivered my package and even sent me a picture of my post box
It was impossible to speak to anyone from My Hermes. The computerised response would not recognise my address.
In desperation I drove to my nearest My Hermes shop. They could not help me.
A day later the parcel was delivered.
I will never buy from anyone who uses them as a carrier. UPS every time.
