Why can't we give 0 notation? They are not a delivery company at all. Here is the story:
- I'm waiting a parcel, but don't know when it will arrive
- On Tuesday, I'm at work, and receive a message at 11AM telling me I will be delivered between 3PM and 5PM (no option to tell them I won't be there, so useless to try). On the delivery paper, they say they will try again the next day
- On Wednesday, I'm WFH the whole day, so there shouldn't be a problem. At 10:30, a message tells me I will be delivered between 4PM and 6PM. I have an appointment at 6PM, so I try to be confident. At 5:55PM, a message tells me it will be finally delivered between 5PM and 7PM (yes... could say between 6PM and 7PM now...). I have to go to my appointment, so - of course - nobody is home to receive it, failure. I try to indicate an alternative. The online support indicates that you can indicate a delivery slot time, great! But the link doesn't give this option, only leave at neighbourhood or safe place. I select the porch!
- On Thursday, I'm at work, but I've told them it's ok to leave at the porch... Exactly same story, 10:45AM "delivery between 4PM and 6PM", then 5:55PM "delivery between 5PM and 7PM", then.... I arrive home and they indicate that there was no safe place .... I TOLD THEM THE PORCH!!! My choice has no value for them!!!!! So... they return to the sender!
It's 3 years that I'm leaving here, I've received many parcel, never been a problem even if I'm working (is it so rare that receiver are working? seriously??? do you think that we stay home all day for you. I'm wondering who is working for who!). There are the worse delivery company I've ever see, and I'm from France where delivery system is not good, but is still better.
PS: I've tried to go on their website.... and it's similar to them, it's useless and unworking, look the screenshot...
