Do not use this company to send parcels.
They lost a parcel I sent on the 22nd December 2019 which I understand can happen. However I am still waiting for a refund despite being promised over 3 weeks ago. They have now started the whole process again and it’s impossible to actually talk to them about it over the phone. My next step is going to be small claims court.
