Absolutely hopeless. They email to say parcel arriving between 2pm and 7pm. At 4.25pm email arrives to say unable to deliver parcel. This routine repeat for several days.
No way to contact them ..their website has been meticulously designed to prevent you contacting them.
Parcel then disappears off their system and vendor has to resend via Royal Mail arriving the next day.
This is NOT a one off ... several parcels have followed the same path.
