My parcel was stolen (they said 'lost') at my local depot, and it took weeks and many phone calls to receive my compensation.
Hermes have the worse customer service, of a company their size, I have ever experienced. I am now telling retailers I do not want parcels delivered by them, and certainly will never send parcels with Hermes again.
