I have used Hermes for years with just the odd hiccough. Sadly at Christmas I decided to send a very important parcel with them, it was special hand made christmas gifts to my daughter little friends, 3 children. I posted the parcel on the 9th December. Before even registering at the local depot the parcel disappeared! I spent hours on the phone, emails etc and yet still no parcel. I kept being told to put in a claim as it was "lost". Finally I saw the local Hermes driver and asked him to ask at the depot. Miracle of miracle the parcel appeared that day, nobody has yet told me where it was! It was delivered one month after it was posted!!!!!!!!! I then complained again to Hermes about the delay and was offered 50% off my next parcel, I said that I wanted my money back for the parcel that took a month to be delivered (£4.05), eventually I was told 50% off a new parcel was all they would be doing. I am disgusted and wont be using them again. 3 children didnt get their Christmas presents on time and I have spent hours of my time trying to find this parcel when Hermes couldnt have cared less
