Hermes are damaging businesses. If I know a company are using Hermes for deliveries I do not shop with them. They've claimed to deliver things that I've never received, faked my signature, left my package in a 'safe place' without notifying me. Days later Hermes said the parcel had been left in the garbage bin which had since been emptied. Then there's the parcel that was left in a puddle and destroyed
Disgrace. They should be closed down.
