They lost 2 of my parcels with a total value of £85 and after 2 months I'm still waiting for a claim form.
When trying to get compensation you just end up in a continual loop of asking for the form and hermes asking for your email address so they can send you the form, even though they're sending emails to your email address already. It's criminal.
The telephone support asks you to use the live chat function and then hangs up on you. The live chat is an AI bot repeating itself constantly, whilst not actually answering your questions or offering any form of solution.
I've sent 20 emails asking for a claim form and have received the same response from hermes. It's almost as if they want you to give up in frustration so they don't have to reimburse you for the parcels they've lost.
In summary, the worst service I have ever received. They truly are dreadful and don't deserve to be trading.
