Absolutely horrendous service. Lied about attempting delivery, then attempted delivery when I was at work twice, meaning the 3rd and final attempt was not fulfilled and I now don't know the fate of my parcel.
Couldn't talk to a real person despite all my efforts. Chatbot, email and phone all useless.
