Stopped buying from QVC due to problems with Hermes. Unfortunately, I've had to order a replacement item which is under guarantee and guess what, Hermes.
Delivery was to be last night between 5 and 9. At 8.45 email to say my parcel had been delivered.
Not to me it hasn't.
Tried to find out who has it like neighbour or where on the map.
It was not completed, tried the customer care robot. Useless.
Got email today at 3.30 to say again my parcel will be here between 5pm and 9pm.
I'm getting excited. It's 4.30.
