Very poor customer service.
I have now spoken to three agents on their web chat, each time it felt like I was lied to get me to go away. They still went ahead and delivered a package to an address I don't live at after assuring me it would only be delivered if I signed for it.
Also if you try and give them feedback the online form breaks.
Avoid at all costs, but it's unfortunately often not possible
