1. They ask you to “take action” when a delivery fails, but give no chance to talk to a live person: only a message that asks you to contact the sender. 2. Online robot tells you something went wrong (I know that, but what) and point blank refuses any more assistance. 3. Claim not to gain access to the tower block you live in even though you’re standing right there and see no van, there’s a wedge holding the entry open and the lifts work. 4. After two bogus attempts, they try to come at night for a mysterious reason and on top of that, add insult to injury by claiming they couldn’t get access to the building. So you have to be psychic AND permanently housebound AND mobile enough to get seven stories down to the entry way in ten minutes AND have your own smartphone AND be constantly looking at your emails. 5. Miss a day - violating the contract - then deliver the package the next day to someone who doesn’t work for the concierge (your alternative destination) and doesn’t even live at the flats. 6. Of the few times they deliver something they feel like (something light), they leave in a very unsafe place like a corridor. 7. Horrible drivers who knew fine well they were taking on a piecework contract and have the choice to use their driving licences for anything else, but choose to act like s***s. 8. Should be exposed in a nationwide campaign. Then we should collectively sue them out of existence. Then we should trap all their suits in their headquarters, lock all the doors and windows, set fire to it and watch them burn in a slow, horrible, agonising death whilst laughing heartily and eating popcorn. Then we should round all the drivers up and execute them in front of their families. 9. Would love to talk to someone who’ll pull me up if they think I’m breaking the law by posting this. We all know who the real criminals are.
