They've lost my parcel to Student Finance with all my original documents and i am in danger of being kicked out of Uni because of them!!!!
They said their courier said that my envelope was returned which is not true. They said to contact the retailer for the whereabouts of my parcel.
Didn't say anything from the beginning that they couldn't deliver to Po boxes. Took the money and rubbed their hands of any responsibility.
Just discussed from their lack of professionalism! !!
