Avoid this company at all costs I was one of their customers and they lost so many packages do not refund the ones they lost easily. The customer service is a zero and this is how they treat their customers their staff Are demoralised I have reported this now to Ofcom the regulation body we have now stopped using them and are taking them to court to get our money back. Demand your Currier to use a good Currier service cheap and nasty is not the way to go
