I spent £2.99 on a return package only to realise there was no drop of points locally. I sent it with royal mail instead. So I went back to my hermes to get my money back and 3 months later of 15 live chats, 20 phone calls and 25 emails they still wont give me my money back.
I dont care about the money, it's the principle.
Will never use them again
