Absolute sham of a company. Why amazon use them I dont know. They are the worst courier company leaving parcels in puddles, ripped open or just never delivered. PLEASE DO NOT USE HERMES COURIERS THEY ARE A SHAMBOLIC COMPANY WITH NO COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
