They failed to deliver my parcel on the first attempt, the tracking app saying 'Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address.' (It's a house, on a street, nothing difficult about it).
I tried to arrange for a safe space for the 2nd delivery - they only offer pre-selected drop downs with no additional info box.
On the day of the 2nd delivery, I received a text saying my delivery window was that afternoon. I rushed back from work and waited. No delivery attempt was made. No tracking was updated.
Today I tried to call their help number where you just get a robot who wants your tracking number. It said my parcel is with a courier. I asked to speak to an advisor. It said I can't. Dead end.
I'm not convinced I'll receive this package, and it's not the first time I've experienced the terrible service they put their customers through.
I would actively recommend businesses to avoid using Hermes since it will damage your customer relationships and ultimately reflect badly on you.
