Highly unprofessional! I’ve been told my parcel will arrive Monday, I was waiting on time they provider, even looking through the window for delivery truck. Parcel never arrived, nor did the driver at all. Apparently was UNABLE to deliver. I’ve had the same message on my tracking Every day for the next week. The parcel never was delivered, I tried to contact them through telephone but you can’t speak to a human it’s just automated voice saying there’s a problem with delivery. The multiple people I spoke to on online chat took my number and said the driver will contact me if they have problems with delivery. Nobody tried to contact me and the parcel never came. I paid for express delivery!
Also once I was home just stood next to the door and nobody knocked on my door just put a ‘sorry we missed you’ note in my door and left! When I opened the door the driver only said sorry and run away!
You should be ashamed, hermes!
