I watched the van drive straight by my home with no attempt to stop. I immediately got an app update saying they couldn't gain access to my address. I know it was them that drove past, I watched them deliver to a house down the street, a friend of mine who confirmed it was hermes (I also saw the package label). It was an unmarked van too, so they obviously thought they were getting away with it.
I now have to get on a train to go to a city to pay city prices for food for my birds.
