My local courier is so useless I can't understand how they can employ these people. I was expecting a delivery today at home . She didn't even bothered to knock the door. I just received a text message saying that my parcel was delivered to my neighbour/?????????????????????????????????/. And this is an ongoing issue. She does this all the times she can't just be bothered. Leaves the packages anywhere..... I had the conversation with her....in her mother tongue....cause she is lacking minimum level of understanding English, and still she can't be bothered to do her work properly. Why is this person working for Hermes ….. hard to tell. This whole lack of interests in customer service is appalling and Hermes it makes it difficult to actual complain about their service....even a phone no I struggled to find was directed to a different company. Your service is distressing. I even complained about them with the merchant and they said that i'm not the only one complaining and that they are currently in the process to change this courier with another.
