I had a parcel delivered to my VIA HERMES. Which I then had to return (weight and dimensions stamped on the box by sender) I paid for the return delivery and sent it back via Hermes in exactly the same way entering exactly the same weight and size of the package.
A few days later they send me an invoice via PayPal telling me to pay a further sum doubling to cost saying it was oversize and over weight.
Absolute joke of a company will never use again had too many problems receiving items and trying to get them delivered with this company now.
DO NOT USE!!!
